'Yucky' seems to be my dd's favorite word these days in regards to food! ugh!
Jess said it that way until she was about 5!! I loved it. (No wonder she and H have such a great bond!!)L's were y's... and y's were l's. Yucky things were 'lucky'! At her 5 year check-up, while looking in the big mirror in the doctor's office waiting on Dr. M. we worked on y's and l's with her watching her mouth. She figured it out. I was sad when lucky started with a 'l', and yellow started with a 'y' after that. sigh...growing up is hard for this momma.
