I just have to brag a little on my man.
He has been called out of his comfort zone these last nine months to step up to a plate for which he was neither prepared nor was he thrilled about partaking of. But step up, he has. Laundry, dishes, food preparation, grocery shopping, even the occasional toilet scrubbing... He has done it all while running a business from our home and on the road.
A couple of weeks ago, he managed the perfect Mother's Day for me. It was quiet... my kind of day. We went to church. The kids made my cards. He got me a new digital camera. He took me out to dinner. And I got a nap. Perfect!
Lately, he has been going out of his way to complete my to do lists... and get this... do the list THE WAY I WOULD DO THEM!!! Huge! Ginormous! Big, big deal!
This past weekend, I had an issue that needed a creative solution. He studied the problem. Pondered possible solutions. Headed to Lowes. TaDa! Problem solved... ingenuously, I might add! Spent about $12.00... saving us $200.00!!!

My MAN!!!

As I woman, I'd call him Mr. Wonderful, too.
But if I were a man, I'd call him M*U*D. I mean, come on, Vince, you stepped up... she knows you can do things to her standards... you're in trouble now... you'd better hope the pregnancy hormones erase her memory of how great you've been.
