Know what you believe...

I found this You Tube link from another blog I was reading. Can I just tell you I could not even finish reading the blog post because I had to get this posted on my own blog???

I am HORRIFIED!!!

Obviously, from her hair, Oprah declared Jesus a liar and herself all knowing, a while back. I've never been a die hard Oprah fan but I have been known to use her as a little afternoon escape every now and then. Had I known what I know now, I would have put a stop to that all together a while ago.


Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6



Jesus IS the only way. Period.


I guess I'm so bothered not by what she believes. That is between her and God. But to know the power she holds over so many... and she is using that power to influence others. And you know, she really does possess power over folks. Have you ever seen when she comes out on her shows and they scan the audience??? Folks are screaming and crying and shaking like they are looking at Elvis himself, back from the dead. I guess what she doesn't realize is she will also be held accountable for all those she is leading astray. Makes my stomach turn to think about her giving this kook a platform to spread his nonsense and endorsing him like he has all the answers. She was raised a Southern Baptist by her own admission. Doesn't she remember that the Bible, GOD'S WORD, is where the answers are??? That's Baptist 101.

I don't know anything about the book the You Tube link talks about but I think the title packs pretty good advice...
